That information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors whose use of Your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

We do offer certain services that involve the provision of information in a manner that may be deemed a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law. In certain circumstances under applicable law, you may have the right to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information in connection with the above offering. To exercise such right please submit a request to us.
To ensure the security of your request, we will verify it using the information associated with your account, including your email address. In certain cases, we may request government identification as part of the verification process. If you prefer, you can also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf to exercise these rights. To do so, the authorized agent must provide proof of authorization.

You may exercise your rights to access, delete, or correct your personal information as described in the "Your Rights & Control Over your Information" section of this notice. When you make a request, we will verify your identity by asking you to sign into your account or if necessary, by requesting additional information from you. You may also make a rights request using an authorized agent. If you submit a rights request from an authorized agent who does not provide a valid power of attorney, we may ask the authorized agent to provide proof that you gave the agent signed permission to submit the request to exercise rights on your behalf. In the absence of a valid power of attorney, we may also require you to verify your own identity directly with us or confirm to us that you otherwise provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
