How does pricing work on Purple Leaf?
Each tool can be accessed using either a one-time payment (via credit or debit card) or by redeeming Purple Leaf Tokens. Tokens act as a shared credit system that can be used across all our tools, making it simple to pay only for what you use.
What are Purple Leaf Tokens?
Tokens are flexible credits that can be purchased in bundles and used across all Purple Leaf tools. Instead of paying separately for each tool, you can use tokens to run evaluations, generate content, or access AI-powered features seamlessly.
What is the value of one Purple Leaf Token?
Each Purple Leaf Token is equivalent to approximately $1.00 USD. Tools display their cost both in USD and in tokens, so you can choose whichever payment option suits you best.
Are any tools free to use?
Yes. Some tools are completely free to use, while others offer limited free runs or trial credits for new users. Free tools are clearly marked with a 'Free to Use' label on the tool card.
Why should I buy token bundles instead of paying per tool?
Buying tokens in bundles offers convenience and savings. You can use them across all Purple Leaf tools without re-entering payment details, and larger bundles often come with bonus tokens or discounts.
What is your refund policy?

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We never store your card information on our servers, and every transaction is encrypted for your protection.
Can I use tokens across multiple team members or accounts?
At the moment, tokens are linked to individual accounts. However, we're working on team and organization plans that will allow shared token pools and consolidated billing.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes. We occasionally offer promotional discounts, onboarding rewards, and referral bonuses. Keep an eye on your dashboard and our newsletter for upcoming offers.
Can someone else pay for a tool on my behalf?
Yes - someone else can pay for a tool on your behalf.
They can either:
Complete the checkout directly using their own credit or debit card, or
Use a payment link you generate via the “Get Payment Link” button - just enter their email, and they’ll receive a link to pay for you. Once the payment is done, the tokens or access will be credited to your account.

Refunds and Credits
We want every Purple Leaf transaction to feel fair and transparent. This section explains how refunds and credits work across all tools and payment types.
What happens if my request fails to process?
If a request fails to process due to a technical issue on our end, your payment or tokens are automatically credited back to your account. Our system retries failed requests automatically, but if all retries fail, you don't lose your tokens or payment.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
If a request completes successfully but the output is incomplete or clearly inconsistent with the tool's description, you can contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction. We'll review your request and, if appropriate, issue a full or partial refund or re-credit.
Can I get a refund for my token purchase?
Token purchases are generally non-refundable. If you bought tokens by mistake and haven't used any, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll review your request. Once any tokens have been used, they're considered consumed and can't be refunded. Tokens from failed or incomplete requests are automatically re-credited.
How are refunds or credits applied?
Refunds for card payments are processed securely through Stripe to your original payment method. Refunds for token-based payments are issued as token credits directly to your Purple Leaf account balance for reuse.
How long does it take to review a refund request?
Most refund or credit requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Once approved, Stripe refunds may take up to 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Can I request multiple refunds for different tools?
Refunds and credits are designed to protect you from technical issues or genuinely poor results—not to test multiple tools for free. Frequent refund requests for valid outputs may be reviewed for abuse under our Fair Use Policy.
